Online 50/50 Raffle

50/50 Tickets for 2022 will be available soon and sold online through a link on our website. Last year, our winner was presented with a cheque for $2000! All proceeds go to support expanded programs at SWESA.

This is our annual SWESA Bottle Drive and Garage Sale. Details will be posted later.

Every other year, SWESA members and friends volunteer at a Casino. In 2019 our volunteers hours meant that over $70,000 went to supporting program delivery at SWESA! Volunteers are given training at the time of your shift. A meal and refreshments are provided. Each year we need to find willing volunteers to work a shift. Consider supporting SWESA in this way. For the last few years, SWESA members and friends volunteer at the annual Taste of Edmonton. . Payment for our volunteer hours becomes a donation to SWESA. We can raise up to $7000 to put toward programming. Volunteering is easy and fun. It’s a way you can turn your time into dollars for SWESA. CLICK HERE if you’d like to know more about volunteering.

Every fall , SWESA’s major fundraiser is a campaign where SWESA members, Friends of SWESA, community and business organizations and the general public are invited to donate. In the last two years, we have raised almost $80,000. Critical to our success in the past has been:
a very generous Premiere donor
and
Friends of SWESA who donated early to match that initial amount.
