In response to the announcement from the Alberta Government and City of Edmonton regarding COVID-19, SouthWest Edmonton Seniors Association (SWESA) has cancelled all programs and closed all locations to the public (i.e., members & non-members) as of Friday, March 13, 2020.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will share updated information. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these measures to protect our members.  Those registered for programs can find refund and credit information here and will be contacted with further information.

SWESA’s Seniors Home Supports Program will be accepting calls and can provide references.  Click here to contact our coordinator, Barbara Newell.

SouthWest Edmonton Seniors Association (SWESA) is a member-driven organization working in concert with community groups and partners to empower older adults in southwest Edmonton to be active and socially engaged through quality programs and services.  Established in 2012 to address the social, cultural and recreational interests of people in the 55+ age group residing in southwest Edmonton, we are one of Edmonton’s newest seniors’ centres and we invite you to join us as we continue to grow.
