SWESA offers a wide variety of programs for adults 55+, including social activities, many types of physical fitness classes, art groups, information talks and workshops.  There is something for everyone and many opportunities to try new things and meet new people. Early registration is encouraged as our programs can fill up quickly. We publish our Program Guide as a PDF file three times per year.  The ProgramGuide contains detailed information about our programs and general information about membership, reciprocal membership, the SWESA activity pass, payment options, checking in for programs, and liability.  It also contains detailed instructions for SWESA members to register online using MyActiveCentre. Updates to the latest Program Guide are published in our Weekly Bulletins.  The Weekly Bulletins are sent via email to SWESA members.  You can view our current and past Weekly Bulletins on our Weekly Bulletins webpage.  The bulletins have information about new programs, program changes, program cancellations, a list of programs for the coming week, office closures, upcoming events, and other time sensitive information for SWESA members and prospective members.
